Baseball is a game for the young at heart, and each year the Little League World Series does its best to remind us how joyful life can be when nothing but the game matters.
Sixteen teams will travel to Pennsylvania for this year's worldwide tournament. But before the action can begin on August 15, those teams are being decided through regional tournaments over the next few days.
Representatives from the Europe & Africa, Australia, Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, Asia-Pacific and Japan divisions have already been decided, while the other nine participants (Canada and the eight United States divisions) will have their representative by Aug. 11.
In preparation for what's sure to be an outstanding trip to Williamsport for some lucky young men and their families, continue to check back for the latest results from the remaining regional tournaments.
